Boston:
Our local association of churches here in Greenville is praying to plant three new churches in the Boston, MA area. So far, our first church is underway led by pastor JD Mangrum, his wife Natalie and their family who moved to Charlestown area in Boston in 2016 to found Christ Church Charlestown. North America Missions Board (NAMB) and Annie Armstrong Easter Offering:
The North American Mission Board is an entity supported by the generous contributions of Southern Baptists with the goal of seeing the gospel change lives and communities. NAMB assists churches with evangelistic church planting strategy, the identification and training of missionaries, chaplains and church planters through the Send Network, and helps churches impact their communities through Send Relief. Annie Armstrong Offering goes to help the NAMB fulfill its god-given calling. Today, more than $1 billion has been raised since the beginning of the offering, for North American mission efforts. Every dollar of the offering (named after missions advocate/WMU leader, Annie Armstrong, in 1934) goes to missionaries and their work of sharing the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the United States, Canada and their territories.
